This is very simple, you can see [TD] before any clan member.

First we check if you killed enough people (we prefre kills instand od caps).
If you have a low ping in the server we saw you (about 400) we check your ability in a slower server (of course we will remember you used to play in a lower ping and we won't need the same ability).
We will check your ability when your ping is much higher then us (we dont expect you to win but we expect a good fight).
We will check you playing in each class in the following cases:
- Scout - You are a flag capper and we are defenders.
- Sniper - You are playing as a defender (don't worry if your latency is high).
- Soldier - You are playing once as a defender and once as a attacker.
- Demoman - You are playing as a defender and attacker.
- Medic - Attacker/Flag capper.
- HWguy - Attaker/Defender.
- Pyro - Attaker and Defender.
- Spy - We probaly won't check if you don't want.
- Engineer - Attacker/Defender.
Comment: you don't have to be good at all of the classes.
After all of these we'll se what else.
